David Gayton’s youngest son, Luke Gayton is in charge of introducing new products and creating knew recipes for Gayton’s costumers to enjoy..

Luke’s hard work and natural crafting ability has allowed him to create a finely tuned sourdough recipe to be enjoyed by many. Our sourdough bread will be available to purchase soon.

Christmas at the bakery.

December. Always a busy time of year for the bakery! Even more so through these strange and difficult times. However with plenty of festive cheer, the team have worked exceptionally hard throughout the month, making Gayton’s Christmas specials.

Due to high demands as a result of people panic shopping throughout the pandemic , our workers has personally made sure fresh bread and cakes where made available to all our customers, old and new, over the Christmas period.

2020 has been such a tough year for everyone, so we are incredibly pleased to be able to help and support our local community as much as we can.
